Dr. Jeff Sussman, an Internist with 25 years of medical practice, will convey his knowledge about first aid and wound care. Jeff graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo with a BS in pharmaceutics and completed his M.D. degree at SUNY upstate in Syracuse New York. Jeff practiced internal medicine in Deerfield Beach for 25 years. In 2009 he retired and about the same time became interested in sailing. Jeff now has his own 33-foot Beneteau named Paradocs for “pair a docs”. He and his wife Sherry, also a retired physician, both enjoy sailing, club racing, and cruising .
Jeff is currently serving this year as Rear Commodore of The Hillsboro Inlet Sailing Club.
