The giveaway will be held in the school’s cafeteria. We’ll be providing lunch, water, and disposable gloves for all volunteers. If anyone has access to a box of (L) gloves, we would greatly appreciate it if you could bring them along—we can always use a few extra! 🙂
Below is a breakdown of the volunteer day. I’ve also attached a map to help guide you—parking will be available across the street at the baseball park, directly across from the school.

Volunteer Schedule:
1 PM – Arrival at the school
1 PM – Arrival at the school
- Please check in at the front office with a valid photo ID upon arrival.
1 PM – 2:15 PM – Setup
- We’ll be unloading the truck and setting up in the cafeteria during this time.
2:30 PM – 5:00/5:30 PM – Family Shopping
- Families will begin shopping at 2:30 PM.
- Distribution will continue until approximately 5:00–5:30 PM.
Ongoing through 5:00/ 5:30 PM – Cleanup & Wrap-Up
